At TheKitCoSouthAfrica, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
